Child Sponsorships Interest Form - Mexico

Thank you for your willingness to be a child sponsor! Lightshine Child Sponsorship is $40/month will provide opportunities for your child to attend the LightShine after school program where they receive resources, food, and are taught the gospel.  

After you fill out this form, someone from the Citizen Church Missions Team will contact you and connect with LightShine to be paired with a child.
